The fund provides all Colorado children with up to 15 hours per week of free, high-quality preschool in the year before they start kindergarten. 44,845 were enrolled in qualifying preschool programs as of January 2024 and in 2025 the program hit the goal of 70% of the state’s 4-year-olds enrolling in universal preschool services for the 2025-2026 year.
