Colorado’s Yes on Proposition EE

In November 2020, Colorado voters passed Proposition EE, a measure to increase the existing cigarette and tobacco product taxes and create a new tax on nicotine products. The measure passed with 67.6% support and will provide over $200 million annually for a cash fund that will help provide preschool for every Colorado child.
