Raising Travis County will provide child care slots to roughly 1,900 infants and toddlers from low-income families (those who earn up to 85% of the median income in Travis County) and create nearly 3,900 after-school and summer program opportunities for elementary-age children. In late 2025 the fund approved its first $ 45 million in contracts to expand childcare scholarships and provide gap funding for providers. (Raising Travis County Strategies)
