Establishes the Platte County Children’s Services Fund to help the county address growing mental health needs for children and youth. The fund supports increased child and youth access to critical mental health resources identified as priorities by the coalition, including early childhood screening, prevention, and treatment services; therapist and social worker support; and prevention and resiliency-based services in schools and child care centers.
