The Community Children’s Services Fund aims to drive quality improvement for the 200 early care and education programs with a new QAR and administer funds to improve access to a mixed-delivery system through targeted universalism. In 2023 the fund served over 6,500 children. Over $2 million was awarded to 11 childcare programs for the 2023-2025 grant cycle using revenue from the new early childhood fund created by the 2020 levy increase.
